Collection Riedel (Horatiana)

Hendrik Riedel (1796-1871) was a classical scholar in Groningen who collected some 1,100 editions, translations, and commentaries concerning the works of the Latin poet Horace. Riedel's collection was acquired by the University of Groningen Library in 1871.
