Based on the Teacher Talks sessions we organized earlier this year, we have asked a number of teachers to summarize their presentations in a short movie. Each of them explains briefly why and how they they use a specific IT tool in their lessons. 

In  Creating videos with Screencast-o-matic, Geramé Wouters, teacher at the Language Center, explains how she uses the free Screencast-o-matic software to record short clips while presenting with Microsoft Powerpoint behind her desk. These videos help foreign students who learn Dutch to prepare for class and serve as a refererence for grammatical subjects. They are a time-saver for Geramé, who now doesn't have to explain the same topics repeatedly.
