Grut nijs! Frisian course starting at the Language Centre
Do you have lots of Frisian colleagues at work, would you like to finally be able to understand your in-laws, or do you just love Frisian? Register for the new Frisian course that will be starting on 22 February at the Language Centre.
The Frisian course will initially concentrate on speaking and understanding Frisian. The course is ideal for both beginners who don’t know much more than pake en beppe, it ken net and oant moarn and those who have a bit more knowledge. The interactive lessons will help the students master the first principles of Frisian.
This year Friesland will be in the spotlight as Leeuwarden is the Cultural Capital of Europe 2018. So it is the ideal moment for the Language Centre to include a Frisian course in its range. Frisian brings the total number of languages in which the Language Centre offers group courses to thirteen. Many more languages are available as tailor-made courses.
