January 2022

Contractor Visser & Smit Bouw has started the construction work. Handing over the poem stone of Rutger Kopland.

Since 2014

In 2014, the University of Groningen bought the building at Oude Boteringestraat 18 to provide the growing Faculty of Law with its own building in the city centre. The Public Library moved out to Forum Groningen at the end of 2019.
