Subsidy for researching a procedure to make city neighborhoods and villages energy neutral

Frans Stokman and Jacob Dijkstra, together with a consortium of organisations, received a top sector subsidy from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, for making, executing and researching a procedure to make city neighborhoods and villages energy neutral.  Fleur goedkoop - who colaborated on writing the project plan - will work on this project as PhD student.
