Simon Verhulst is per 1 mei 2009 benoemd tot adjunct-hoogleraar Behavioural Ecophysiology bij de Faculty of Science and EngineeringS. Verhulst was al als onderzoeker werkzaam bij de afdeling Gedragsbiologie.
Katja Loos benoemd tot adjunct-hoogleraar bij polymeerchemie

Katja Loos wordt per 1 mei 2009 benoemd tot adjunct-hoogleraar Nature-derived polymers and polymerizations bij het Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials van de Faculteit Wiskunde en Natuurwetenschappen. Loos is sinds 2003 als universitair hoofddocent werkzaam bij de afdeling Polymeerchemie van de RUG.
