Within HGP there is more emphasis on social, demographic, cultural and economic developments in relation to space and place. The HGP bachelor is broader in scope than the SPD bachelor. A two week field trip to Northern America takes place in the third year. |
Within SPD there is more focus on the design element than in HGP, in both spatial and institutional design. It specializes in a series of courses about water, infrastructure and environment. Throughout the programme students go on excursions to put theory into practice. |
