The first meeting of the Dutch Seminar in Early Modern Philosophy on 29 and 30 January 2014 will bring together advanced students and scholars working on Early Modern Philosophy (broadly conceived, ranging from the later scholastics to Kant). Following similar models of workshops, we hope to stimulate further exchange and collaboration on various topics in the field. Keynote speakers: Ursula Renz (Klagenfurt) and Eric Schliesser (Ghent).
Please send an abstract (500 words), prepared for blind review, to Martin Lenz and Andrea Sangiacomo by October 15. The abstracts will be peer–reviewed and you will be notified of the review’s outcome by December 1. Attendance is free, but no financial support can be provided to support travel expenses and accommodation.
