New issue FEB Research Newsletter

We are proud to present a new issue of the FEB Research Newsletter.
In this spring issue of 2025, Assistant Professor Amaury de Vicq de Cumptich talks about his research project on the distribution of colonial profits within colonizing nations, for which he recently received a Veni grant from the Dutch Research Council (NWO).
And Assistant Professor Esther Metting tells us about her research, with which she aims to contribute to the better implementation of digital healthcare, thereby tackling health inequalities.
We also present one of our Impact Cases: Konstantin Wacker’s research on why some countries are richer than others, which has equipped policymakers with powerful tools to analyze growth patterns, uncover unconventional pathways to economic acceleration, and design more effective reforms.
