I am excluded from BSc exams. What's wrong?
If, after one year of your studies, you have not yet passed 45 ECTS
(or 60 ECTS after two years) of first-year courses, you are not
allowed to take second-year courses. The exam registration module
then says "excluded". You need permission from the Board of Examiners to take second-year
courses. You can file an application if you have obtained 30-45
ECTS after one year, or more than 50 ECTS after two years.
Please note: the above regulation does not apply to students who started their propaedeutic year on 1 September 2010 or after. To these students, the Binding Study Advice applies.
