Customized Entry Package
Are you interested in the programme MSc Human Resource Management, but do not meet the requirements for direct entry? If you have studied one of the programmes enumerated below at the University of Groningen, you can be offered a customized Pre-Master's packages:

UG BSc Sociology students
Knowledge obtained in the BSc Psychology and BSc Sociology is highly relevant within the field of Human Resource Management. As such, you can continue your studies in the MSc Human Resource Management after completing some additional courses.
15 ECTS package in FEB or FBSS courses (NEW in 24-25)
The list below enumerates the relevant courses for Pre-Master's Human Resource Management, which are offered by the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and by the Faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences (FBSS). Students have to choose and complete their own set of courses (total of 15 EC) based on their own interests. You are allowed to mix courses from FEB and FBSS, but selected courses should be sufficiently different from each other. Each course is 5 EC.

Students may opt to complete these courses during their BSc Psychology or BSc Sociology study, or after obtaining the Bachelor degree (with a Pre-Master's enrolment). Successfully completing the 15 EC that are relevant to Human Resource Management while also obtaining a BSc Psychology or a BSc Sociology degree grants students direct entry to the MSc Human Resource Management programme.

NB: Students are advised to always check carefully if and when a course is offered.
Note: Students are responsible for arranging for a correct registration for the Master’s programme in Studielink (including tuition fee payment). For UG students, the deadline for application in Studielink for the Master’s programmes is 1 August for the September intake and 1 January for the February intake. Students also have to register for courses in Progress in a timely manner; the deadline for enrolment for courses closes a week before the programme starts.
