Leadership and Governance
|
In today’s world, organizations need leaders who can navigate complex governance structures and understand the dynamics that influence individual and collective decision-making. Effective leadership and governance are essential to helping organizations adapt, innovate, and succeed in a fast-changing and interconnected world.
The Leadership and Governance focus area provides you with a deep understanding of both macro-level governance frameworks and micro-level leadership processes. This dual approach enables you to understand the broader implications of governance and leadership, while also recognizing the conditions that shape behavior, decision-making and organizational dynamics.
With an interdisciplinary perspective, students will explore the ethical, strategic, and operational dimensions of leadership and governance. By the time you finish the focus area, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead and foster sustainable growth in organizations through global challenges and uncertainties, preparing for careers in senior management, board governance, and strategic leadership.
