* Although we are aware of the limitations of the A-level educational system when it comes to the number of subjects usually taken, the subject-specific requirements have been established on the basis of comparison to the requirements for Dutch VWO (pre-university education) applicants. Therefore, the subject-specific requirements for all four mentioned subjects in the case of BSc Biology have to be met. If applicable, a deficiency can be lifted by obtaining one of the accepted certificates for the relevant subject(s) from the relevant Faculty.
