General end level requirement

For an equivalent level of the Dutch pre-university diploma (VWO) you will need the following:

  • USA High School Diploma with at least 3 content-based* AP courses externally examined by the College Board (grades 3-5) and a high school unweighted GPA 3.0/4.0

* May include only 1 of the following AP courses at the most: AP Capstone: AP Research/AP Seminar; AP Music History/Music Theory; AP Studio Art: 2-D Design/2-D Art and Design; AP Studio Art: 3-D Design/3-D Art and Design; AP Studio Art: Drawing/Drawing

Important:
College Board AP courses: If you have already completed College Board AP courses, include your College Board AP report with the already completed AP courses in your application in Progress Portal. For still-to-be-completed AP courses, include a school statement with an overview of the AP courses, explicitly confirming these courses will be completed with College Board exams.
