Hüseyin Can Saral

MSc Hüseyin Can Saral is a PhD student in Sustainable Entrepreneurship at the Campus Fryslân, University of Groningen. His research focuses on how leadership styles can stimulate environmental behaviours in organizations. In this context, the effects of leaders’ vision, goals and objectives on employees environmental behaviors are examined, taking into account direct and indirect influences of organizational culture and group dynamics.
