Giacomo Buzzao

Giacomo Buzzao is a researcher in the field of sustainability. Having recently submitted a Ph.D. thesis by publications at the University of Perugia (Italy) with a focus on sustainable and resilient organisations (mostly quantitative designs with primary data), he’s now interested in exploring what alternative economic paradigms such as degrowth and post-growth might mean for organisations. In particular, he’s working with Professor Tom B. Long on forms of entrepreneurship and organising that can ensure societal well being without focusing on the growth imperative and operate within the safe space of planetary boundaries. He studied and worked in Uk, Spain, France, Portugal, Peru and Sweden.
