ERIBA's success
Groningen is home to a world-famous institute: ERIBA, the European Research Institute for the Biology of Ageing, in which the University of Groningen and UMCG collaborate closely. Scientists are conducting fundamental research into ageing processes and the related diseases. Researchers from across the world are eager to work at ERIBA. 2012 was a memorable year for ERIBA. It not only received funding for a number of special projects, but its researchers also moved into a wonderful new building.
