Fathoming fallacies

The first Groningen Philosophy Night, held on Thursday 26 April, was a great success. Visitors were treated to a varied programme lasting the whole evening. Barteld Kooi gave a lecture on fallacies. What exactly are they – and why should we be able to recognize them?
