Dr Fanny Janssen has received a prestigious VIDI grant from the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). She was awarded EUR 800,000 to study unhealthy behaviour and mortality rates. Unifocus portrays this demographer who is interested in the story and the person behind the figures.
