100% UG? Use the University of Groningen house style and website
Clear and recognizable
In order to communicate in a clear and recognizable way, the University of Groningen (UG) and all faculties, services and/or departments that are 100% part of the University present themselves in the UG house style. The primary channel of communication is the UG website. Our visual presentation is in line with our positioning as an open academic community. Meeting, connecting and getting involved play an important role in this.
The main elements of the house style are:
- A logo, with possibilities for adding a second and third branding element in the logo banner. The UG house style does not allow the use of sub-logos.
- Standard house style colours (see the primary and secondary palette).
- Standard fonts
Guidelines
In order to create a recognizable style with these elements, rules and guidelines apply. The Quick Guide provides a summary of the most important ones.
Other rules apply to collaborations with other organizations.
