Save the Date! Diversity Week 2024
From 30 September to 4 October, the UG will be holding Diversity Week 2024. Save the time in your calendars!

The purpose of Diversity Week is to raise awareness about diversity and inclusion at the UG, build student and staff skills related to diversity and inclusion, and celebrate diversity!
You are invited to participate in the many activities happening that week. For example, you can:

Attend a workshop about microaggressions

Discuss staff and student experiences with accessibility at the UG

Debate how to handle everyday dilemmas around diversity and inclusion
-
Hear the Rector’s perspective on D&I at the UG
-
Learn how to better support LGBTQ+ individuals
-
See a photo exhibition showcasing students’ experiences with inclusion or exclusion
-
Experience firsthand the challenges and triumphs faced by people with disabilities
-
Join an escape game and work with diverse staff and students
-
Learn how to be an inclusive teacher
-
