Developing Across Differences Summer School

Would you like to develop your skills in intercultural communication, global learning, anti-discrimination, diversity & inclusion, and/or global competence? Then register for one or more workshops!

From 7-13 July 2024, a variety of workshops will be offered as part of the Developing Across Differences Summer School. Workshops include:

• Educating global ready graduates with Darla Deardorff

• Building intercultural viability in organizations with Milton Bennett

• Culturally-adaptive coaching and mentoring with Nagesh Rao

• (De-) polarising dialogue with Maja Nenadović

• Designing inclusive, intercultural organizations with Nagesh Rao and Michaela Carrière

• Expanding one's repertoire (training for DEI and intercultural competence) with Michaela Carrière

• Using neuroscience for workplace leadership, inclusion, and diversity with Mai Nguyen

• Moving past the past: understanding and overcoming the roots of inequity and discrimination-based conflict with Anjana Singh and Nadine Binder

• Addressing hot global issues locally with Maja Nenadović

The workshops are designed for professionals who wish to build their professional skills. The workshops are especially relevant for academics, policy advisors, staff and teachers in international education, student advisors, and D&I Officers.

Regular registration closes on 3 May 2024. Late registration closes on 1 July 2024.

All workshops are in English.
