ECHO Award 2024 Application Guidelines

Applications for the 2024 ECHO Award are now closed. Check back in spring 2025 for the next round of awards.

Students can either apply for the award themselves, or someone can nominate a student. 

In order to apply or nominate, the following documents must be submitted to the Diversity & Inclusion Office (diversity@rug.n) by midnight 26 May:

1. A completed application form - If a student is applying directly, this should be filled out by the student. If someone is nominating a student, they should fill this out with the student.

2. A personal letter of motivation from the nominated candidate (see specific instructions)

3. A CV of the student

The D&I Office at the UG, along with a selection committee, selects UG students to nominate to ECHO, who decide on the final winners.
