Noorderlink

Noorderlink is a network in the North of the Netherlands (Friesland, Drenthe and Groningen). Throughout the year they organize events on personal and organizational development for employees of Noorderlink members. Within their own platforms, thematic meetings are organized where specific topics are discussed in greater depth. This stimulates interaction and the sharing of knowledge among Noorderlink members. In the various networks within Noorderlink, employees can spar with like-minded people and expand their professional network.

Noorderlink strives for progress by focusing on the development of organizations and employees. Their extensive (and mostly free for members) learning offerings include year-round lectures, workshops and training sessions where employees learn new skills. In addition, Noorderlink offers a career vacancy platform with nearly a thousand current vacancies in the north of the Netherlands. This is to promote an inclusive and sustainable labor market in the North.
