Meetings

Meeting schedule

The UC meets with the Board of the University twice per month on a Thursday. One of those meetings is the plenary meeting, which the entire UC and Board attend. During this meeting, the UC votes and advises on proposed decisions of the Board. Two weeks before the plenary meeting, the committee meetings take place in preparation of this. The committee meetings are attended by a delegation of the UC and one board member, who discuss one specific theme. There are three committees:

  • Education & Research, attended by the Rector Magnificus.
  • Governance, attended by the chair of the BoU.
  • Finance, attended by the vice-chair of the BoU.

The meetings are public but can contain confidential agenda points during which there are no spectators allowed. You can view the public parts of the meetings via the livestream. If you’d like to attend a meeting in person, please contact the registrar. At the bottom of this page you can find the meeting schedule of this academic year.

The public meeting documents are on the Google Drive of the UC.

Regulations and convenants

The UC has a number of regulations which establish e.g. the structure of the meetings and working agreements. You can find these below.
